Criminal Defense Attorney 678-407-9300

Question: I have an jail notarized affidavit from the co-defendant stating I was not involved nor had prior knowledge of the armed robbery we were charged in. Do we have to turn this over to prosecution? How can this help or hurt my case?

Thank you

Answer: The only thing the prosecutor cares about is: When is the co-defendant going to take his fifteen years in prison, so he can clear you. Until he takes his fifteen years in prison, he has no credibility with the prosecutor. Good luck.
